MONDAYS: NOVEMBER 9,16,23,30
For Six Students, Ages 9-12
Do you like to tell stories? Do you think sitting for really long periods of time is super boring? Do your friends say you have an over active imagination?
If so, then you are not alone! At Writing on Your Feet, students will explore techniques for storytelling that move beyond the page-- into the world. By being loud, telling lies, singing, dancing, moving, students will learn techniques for becoming performative storytellers. The class will conclude with a staging of the students' work.
This workshop is free of charge. (Six students will be selected by lottery on November 2nd.)
